Simple Stress Watch reads your heart rate variability (HRV) samples from the Apple Health app to display a recovery meter on your Apple Watch and iPhone.
The app does not collect, transmit, or share any data. Your HRV samples and the locally cached most-recent reading stay on your devices and are removed when you uninstall the app. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party SDKs.
Apple Health data accessed through HealthKit is governed by Apple’s privacy framework and stays inside the Health app’s secure storage on your devices. Simple Stress Watch only reads from Health and never writes back. You can revoke the app’s HealthKit permissions at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Simple Stress Watch.
